I just had a very nice cleaver drop for me. The problem is that I don't know how much it is worth. Thanks for you help, here are the stats:

Gold Sundering Cleaver of Fortitude
-Req. 11
-15% dmg over 50% health
-10% pen 10% change
-+30 hp

That's exactly like Victo's Battle Axe, except it has a higher req. Victo's Battle Axe goes somewhere around 35k..probably lower now.

take a shadow shield with Victos Bulwark stats. Victos Bulwark is worth around 90-100k and a shadow shield with same mods is worth 10x++ that

ya around 40k adding perfected mods doesnt increase the price and in most cases you just lose money modding a weapon
